Am I in trouble?

I added some Chaeto and Tang's Heaven algae into my new fuge today. I accidently turned the the return pump on too strong so some of the algae got to my main tank. Should I be worried? Can these 2 macro's spread wildy and affect my tank?

Cheato is a nuisance for pumps, but you can net it out. I sincerely hope there was no caulerpa in the mix: that stuff is a plague.

Phosban will help reduce phosphate and silicate, both of which can fuel algae growth.

If you have tangs in the display and your worried about any of this algae making it you can stop worrying. I grow chaeto in the fuge and feed to my two tangs often. I cut up a whole bunch into tiny bits with scissors. They somehow eat it all. They literally go nuts when I drop the stuff in. They won't leave any growing anywhere. If they find it they eat it.
