I just bought a lemon peel angel and i just love the color. It goes around nipping at the rocks. I feed some mysis and it eats a few bites, but doesn't really go at it like the other fish. Is there something else i should be feeding it?

Try nori, this may help.

I'd have to agree on the Nori. Also any vegatation like foods. My lemonpeel accepts almost any food but seems to enjoy mostly veggie flakes, and Nori from clips.

On my way to the store again. I heard about nori being good. Are there any grocery store type veggies i can buy that is good for them.

It's normal for them to take a while to eat much from anywhere but the rocks - and that's a message that microalgae type foods as well as other foods that grow on live rock are important to their diet - thus you really want to encourage lush growth on your live rock and also see if he will eat angel formulas which include sponge. He may or may not initially go for the nori, but keep offering it consistently -- one trick is to wrap it around a rock
If you really want to make his day, you might try buying him a nice fleshy open brain ;) :D
It is normal for angels to consume the occasional pod - a little Cyclopeeze is good for angels also

I think i,m going to pass on the open brain thing. Don't want to start a diet i will regret. I did get some type of green algae a LFS had but it's not nori. He isn't interested in it at all but I will keep giving it to him. Maybe get some nori this weekend.

The encouragement of filamentous microalgal growth is definitely something I would consider with pretty much any dwarf angelfish, especially ones from shallower areas. The nori is good, but merely a supplement to this diet. It can help make up for deficiency in algal growth.
