What would you advise for a tank lighting schedule for the biocube 29 gallon. Softie corals, one goniopora, and soon to be brain.

Canopy Lights:

1-36 watt true actinic 03 Blue

1-36 watt 10,000K Daylight
3-.75 watt Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow LED

pump flow 243 gph

I moved the actinics to the front socket so the fans come on with it in my BC8.

Actinics on for 14 hrs, one hour befor and after the 10Ks.
The moonlights are always on.

Or you might start with actinic on 2 and 10K on for 12 and adjust as you see fit.

Usually the reefs receive about 12 hours of daylight with dusk and dawn. Running actinics alone simulates the lighting at dusk and dawn.

Aren't those blue moonlights sweet? Some of my zoos stay open and fluoresce under them. Sweet!

Hope this helps.

Jeeze! Late night posting here.

Second suggestion should read: actinics on 12 and 10K on for 10.

Sorry. :D
