help me find the bakpak pvc surface skimmer mod thread

I've searched but I can't find it. There is a thread witha picture of pvc mod to create a surface skimmer attachment connected to the inlet of the maxijet on a bakpak. Can soemone help me find this thread?

I dont know which thread you are talking about, but I set up mine to skim from the surface! I went to home depot, and got a pvc elbow connection that fit right on the intake of the powerhead. I bought a length of pvc and attached it to the elbow. Fit the black strainer thing, that should go on the powerhead, into the end of the pvc. you might have to experiment to get the right length to skim from the surface, but mine works great, much more effective skimming, and cheaper than buying the surface skimmer from CPR. I can send you pictures if you need them!
