I just talked with Scott on the phone yesterday, I needed a new heater as my 2 had just taken a crapper. Anyway, Scott was out running errands and figured it would be to late to get the heater out the same day, it was 6 PM and Fedex picks up at 7, not to mention it was Halloween and he had a busted up ankle. . Anyway, I paced my order and just assumed I would get it in 2 days when lo and behold he got it off yesterday!!! What great service. I have ordered quite a lot of items from Scott and the service has always been some of the best I have ever experienced. Thanks a lot Scott, you have a customer for life.
