What is your T5 lighting schedule?

For those with T5's, how long are your lights on? And what bulbs for how long?

I have 4 39W tubes over my 38. I have an Actinic and an Actinic+ on for 10 hrs, and a 10K and another Actinic on for about 5 hrs.

My reef is mostly LPS and softies.

I have a 4x24 watter. I have 2 ATI Blue Plus that come on at 7:30am and go off at 8:30 pm. Then I have 2 ATI Aquablue Specials that come on at 8:00am and go off at 8:00 pm.
