something fishy going on

Ive noticed a couple injuries to a few of my fishand not sure why. First i found my blenny with his tale cut ogg almost cleanly (hes doin fine then i find a blue damsel with his side cut up (scratched ) and now i find a arm of my brittle star layin on the bottom. What could be doing this?

Tank has been runnin 1 yr
125 gal with 35 sump 150 lbs of LR
1 hippo 3"
1 yellow tang 3"
1 naso tang 4"
2 blue damsel
1 lyre tail wrasse
blenny
yellow watchmen
and few dif gobies
2 cleaners shrimp
blue hermits
1 coral banded shrimp

could it be the coral banded shrimp? or do you think there might be a predator hitch hiker?

Could be the shrimp if it is really large. However, it's more likely you have a manitis shrimp in the live rock.

The shrimp is about 2 1/2 inchs. How would i confirm it is a mantis and how to catch him

2 1/2 inches is big, but I doubt big enough to be a problem in that size tank. Drop down into the Mantis forum (http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&forumid=37), they will be able to give you some good advice on finding and catching a mantis. Heck, that bunch is likely to make you offers for it :D

i cant keep snails i thought my hermits were eating them but now im thinking twice
