that is really all I am concerned about. I got a bunch of calcium supplement, alk supplement, and ph buffer. I got about 1kg of each for about $10 from someone selling out. They are all made by Seachem: Reef Buffer; Reef Builder and Reef advantage calcium.

Randy mentioned in the past that I use kalkto raise ph. Is this the best way to go? Looking through this forum I see all these 1 part, 2 part, 3 part kits...all I want to do is raise my ph. I am normally around 7.92-8.05, w/ good days weere it stays above 8.

What are the ingredients to a home made ph solution?

Buffers are not a good way. Limewater (kalkwasser) and more aeration with fresh air are the best ways to solve low pH problems:

Do you have a home receipe for limewater? I'm not sure which one it is w/ all the multi part supplements. What is a good way for airation?

thanks
