lighting how long to have on?

Been out of the reef for a few years but I have about 360w of PC and also 2 175 MH. I used to run the MH for 10hr a day. Is this too much time? I was thing about running the PC for 3hr and then turn them off and turn the MH on for 2 hr and swicth back to PC for 4hr.
Is this O.K.

I have 2-175 MH's,2 96 watt actinics, and 6 moonlight leds. I run MH's 12PM-8 P.M., Actinics 10A.M.-10P.M, and my moonlights 10pm-10am
