Air trapped in my chiller!

I am in need of a great idea on how to get the trapped air out of my chiller. It blows out micro-bubbles about every 2 minutes. I have the chiller plumbed seperately from my other filtration units. Using a pan world external pump pushing around 800gph through an Aqua Medic 1/3 hp unit.

Sounds like you may have a leak in the intake side of the pump. If you do, the suction will pull air into the line. Seal all the plumbing with silicone, it's a mess to plumb but will eliminate air / water leaks and is easy to take apart if you have to.
