Help with my 180

I recently got a AGA 180g with dual overflows for my b-day. I only have a 36g now and no experience with big tanks and really need some help, PLEASE!

I would like some recomendations on return pump, skimmer and sump/fuge. I'm thinking a 75g for the sump/fuge but have no clue on the skimmer(maybe asm g3 or4?) or pump? I plan on only having LPS in the tank at this time.

Can any of you guys please help me out and give me some recommendations? Thanks in advance.

as far as pumps I would go with a sequence. I will be using a sequence Manta Ray for my 180.

Is that an external pump? i think it is. I dont really want to have to drill the sump/fuge and was planning on having an internal.
