10% Off Metal Halides

Did the "10% Off All Metal Halide Lamps" deal not include DIY kits?? Also, what is the usual turn around time for a submitted email question or comments. I have two ticket codes, the comment is about three weeks old and perhaps there will be no response. The question is just a day old. Just wondering.

Hey jl7854,

No the 10% coupon only applied to MH lamps, so if you would have ordered a kit you would have received the discount on the lamps only.

The turn around time for emails is usually less than an hour during business hours. As for your emails I really apologize for that. I don’t know what is happening with them. I just checked and we don’t have any new email tickets. You can give me your ticket number(s) or you can post your question here and I will get an answer for you. Again, I’m very sorry for the mix up on our response. Also feel free to give us a call and ask for me (Scott).

I checked those tickets and I apologize for getting no response. We carry replacement capacitors for M58 ballasts.

Wow, prices are going up I guess. I would have sworn that the capacitor was $10 cheaper the last time I priced it...and I see the price of the ballast has gone up too.
