Multi-Barred angel owners....

Hi,

i got the angel finally...it's in the store still..

it looked healthy and the lfs owner wanted to release it to me when it's eating and in better shape..(end of this week, he'll be home.)

i am preparing my tank set up (rock work) for him right now.....

any other thing that i need to prepare?

he will be the only big fish in my tank..one small maroon with 2 fire fish...

i have softcoral and sps in my tank..if he nipps on zoaths..
there's another tank that will be zoah only tank....

feeding habit?..(he loves mussle for sure..)..

Depends on what level or preparedness you want to be at. Might want to get some brine shrimp going that you can gut load, if he's being a finicky feeder. Having some frozen PE mysis on hand helps too.

Is going to be quarantined? What size tank is he going in?

he's going into 72 gallon tank......with plenty of live rock..

Make sure they have plenty of hiding places, lots of rock work, and algae to graze on. They are known to have a bad track record. My pair love flake food and mysis. They first just pecked at the rocks and glass, but not much anymore that they are eating what I feed. Mine came directly from Vanuatu and were very fat and alert. They pair I have are actually pretty bold and aggressive.

I am still waiting it to be healthy..
he still has some bumps in his left side..and lfs still trys to cure it..

I am ready to re-do the aquascaping since the holes in the tank is too small for him into..

I've got the angel ..kept i t for 10days now..
He looks very shy.......i see him very limited time..
doesn't have any ick or anything.....

no sign of eating mussel, mysis, flake..

i will keep update the status.
