Help with green hair algee

I have a few rocks in my tank that have started to grow green hair algee. My lawn mower blenny and Scopus tang are doing a good job but the problem is becoming to big for the two to deal with.

I know that the water flow in the tank is not enough and im going to be increasing that shortly.

What can I do other than taking each rock out of my tank and scrubbing it down??

if you don't have anything that requires light, then keep the lights off for a week or so.
