Light For Fuge!!!

I was wondering, would a regular house hold bulb be ok over the fuge if its screwed into a clamp lamp?

problem is a regular bulb isnt in the light range you want. there are bulbs in home depot you can use. try to get a bulb in the 5000-6500 range they are real cheap.

I second the "Melev" fuge light. Many people use these and nodice a great amount of growth.

I went to walmart and got a power compact bulb that was suppose to similate day light about $4-6.00 and it works great.

the 65k bulbs are great bang for the buck, the par is really good for only a could inches under the water, you can use them to grow some corals with!
