Do corals take time to get their color after they have been shipped?

I am supposed to have blue and purple corals, but they are actually kind of white/brown at the moment, but I can see little bity blooms coming out here and there. Is this normal, maybe it just takes time?

What corals specifically?

Pretty normal I think, also they are likely going to go through some adjustment and color change due to the different lighting conditions in their new home.

I got some zoo's that I'm still waiting to see the "promised" colors after 6 months.

Most of my sps lost some color/intensity during acclimation, then colored back up gradually over the next month or two. I have a few that look better today than the day I bought them.
