Wiring 250 watt MH electronic ballast

I received my ballasts the other day, I'm curious though, the wires that go to the lamp are both "sky blue." How is one able to tell which is positive and/or negative. The pics on the Ice cap web site show white/black wires exiting the ballast to go to the lamp; the wiring diagram also shows white/black.

Can someone help a reefer out and let me know how I am susposed to know which wire is to connect to which part of the lamp....or does it matter?

It does not matter. There is no polarity issues with wiring a MH ballast to a lamp. Connect either way and you will be fine.
