Cool idea. I love cheap.

What'dya mean! Harbor Freight is the bomb! I know the tools are cheap and very often that means low quality, but not always. Very often I'm only going to use a specific tool once and won't ever use it again. That's where HF excels.

Of course the cheap hole saw set I bought for $3.99 on sale here has cut over 20 holes in plastic and is as sharp as when I bought it. It came with 6 various sizes(i think). One hole saw anywhere else would have cost much more.
