I purchased a 3" crocea about three weeks ago, and placed him on a flat rock on the sandbed. He started putting down byssal threads, but about a week later moved off the rock and tipped to it's side. The mantle is fully expanded and is directly below my MH lamp. I have tried to upright him from time to time, but he seems to like being on an angle. I have noticed some more byssal threads have attached on the side of the flat rock.

Will he be alright in his current state of position?

its best if its mantle is pointed towards the light. place a few small rubble rocks next to it to help hold it up
