I just flashed firmware from 1.25 to 1.24

oh.. well. I was trying to see how can I update the firmware and then click on file-->controller update and there you go. I just flashed firmware from 1.25 to 1.24.

I can't find any instruction on how to update the firmware. I was hoping that it will let me select a file to flash or something.

Anyway, how can I get back to 1.25? or I should just wait for the new version?

The most important--- Does PC software automatically download the new version for me ? if not, where to download the firmware file? and where to place the file for the pc program to pick it up?

Click on "File" in the upper left hand corner. Select "Internet Update"

Then do your controller update. But I beleive the server is down still.

yeah i did the same thing since my unit came with 1.25 but the software was 1.24. i thought when i did the update controller it would actually look online but i know better now.

ahh, I found out that you can't connect to the controller and do the internet update at the same time. It will be gray out if you are connected to the controller. This was why I clicked on the controller update because it was the only thing I can click on.


Learn the hard way... hope you guys won't do the same thing I did.
