I'd like to dose KCl table salt substitute to boost potassium levels. Is there a recipe out there?

there is another thread about KCL on RC. Sorry, I can't do the search.

BTW, 1 bottle of 8 oz can raise 160ppt per 100g. I have been using it for 2 weeks, great result. it is very cheap way to raise the K+.

Alternatively, if you use this calculator

Reef Chemicals Calculator

and choose the calcium part using anhydrous calcium chloride, then multiply the answer you get by 0.7, you'll have roughly how much weight or volume to add of KCl to get a particular potassium rise in a particular volume tank.

Good luck, and let us know if you notice any effects of potassium dosing. :)
