I have a rock that had a few peices of bubble algae on it, 1 peice floated off and I grabbed it, this morning, it looks like 2 bubbles may have popped. Do I need to worry about anything? Thanks :D

Worry no... But you may be seeing more bubble now :p

you will probably get a bunch more bubble algae now.
