PC fluorescent lighting ?'s

i have a 20g tall tank (24" wide 16 3/4" tall 12 1/4" deep) i plan on doing a cheap setup with two bulbs. what wattage on each bulb should i use? i need some ideas of what i can keep(anemone and coral wise) in this tank with you guys suggested bulb wattages.

If you want to go with PCs, I'd use a 2x65W fixture. For a little more you could get a T5 fixture, which would give you much more light and more options for livestock.
I wouldn't try keeping an anemone under 130W PCs, but you should be fine with zoas, shrooms, softies and LPS.
