where can i find nice tanks for a good price.
i am a beginer looking for 25-30 gallon tank

Usually locally. Small tanks I'm not sure, but larger tanks cost a bundle to ship. Try your local fish store for a tank that size.

I would try your local fish club if you have one. Fish clubs can be the best source of info on lfs and on getting used equipment.

if your not in any hurry to purchase, you could wait for petco to have another sale. i know in the past they have had some really good sales on tanks. i think they've done buy the stand and the tank is free and also they've done one dollar per gallon before also
