Hello,

This is my first RC post. I am active on some nano-sites and am building a new 75G reef. I will be using modded maxi-jets and was looking for some better mounting bracket options. I will be using 2 modded maxi's that will be controlled by an AC Jr. I want to corner mount the powerheads so they flow diagonally from each rear corner and bounce off the front glass in the center. I cannot find any links with a bracket that would allow me to mount them this way. I have seen the magnet mount at MJ mods and I just dont like the look of it. I would appreciate any plans or links to sites that have some ideas.

Thanks

If you meant for mj stream, here it is DFWMAS (http://www.dfwmas.org/Forums/viewtopic.php?t=25787&sid=6b8b7e715190290f40009789951e63b8), not corner mount but can be swiveled.

I just added more pictures so you can see how it was made.

hey im not sure if you can order spares, but i used the mounting bracket from a seio i had layin around ( the one to mount tunze style). works perfect because you can rotate in just about any direction. funny thing is i ended up using the seio later and mounted it up against a wall with the maxi jet suction mount. :) HTH

Talk about good luck..This months Reefkeeping has an article on making powerhead brackets. I will definitely be checking it out.
