could be a bunch of different problems:

ie:

high waste elvls (am, ni,nitra)
low dkh
low ph
unstable h or dkh
low lighting
low calcium
low magn
low stron
low moly
coral diseases
lack of water flow
coral eating crabs
coral eating fish
not being fed enough
damaged when moved or handled

i would recommend getting your basic water quality tests done:

ammonia (0)
nitrite (0)
nitrate (<5)
ph (8.0-8.2)
dkH (11-14)
calcium (depends on the kind of sps you have, ususally i like 400-475ppm)
magnessium (1300-1400ppm)

its probabaly a chemical problem, if you catch it in time and fix it, the corals will recover.

RTN when this starts, typically not much you can do about it.

What are your water parameters
Have you put anything new in tank?
Any type of parasites you can see?

test your water asap.

i put my money on chemical problem*

things like low dkh,ph,cal, and magnessium are REALLY freaking easy to fix. if its that, then the corals will recover. check your water

Second rule of aquarium keeping: Never dose what you do not test for :)

First Rule: nothing good ever happens fast :)

Still waiting on water parameters
