View Full Version : How close to the water can I place my Lumen Max 3 reflectors?

Will be running 150w HQI's only problem is, if I want they to fit inside my canopy the bottom glass has to be within a few inches of the water.

How close can I place these without causing any issues? I will have two of them on a 48" tank.

Does it matter if the bulbs/reflectors are mounted vertically or horizontally?

Have the same ? but will have Lumen 250w HQI
