aqua c remora pro maintenance

My skimmer is filling up right away but is still foaming till it's full. The water of course is clean. It just started doing this a few weeks ago, just thinking my water is maybe is just that clean. It used to pull some really disguting crap out but not no more. Can anyone give some tips on maintenance and good cleaning to get it back to normal????

Mine did the same thing, even did it after a vinegar cleaning. It also did it in freshwater while in a bucket running. I just sent it back to Aqua C to be repaired or replaced. Something was wrong with mine. Cup would fill in 5 minutes on lowest setting and 6 hours on highest.

Did you give Aqua C a call?

Yeah, either call AquaC or email them. Their support is fantastic. I had some minor issues with my Remora Pro and got replies to my email the same day.

I have a remora pro with a mag 7.....love it. Would it be more effective without the prefilter on it?

Just changed out the plug in my Ramora and the cup is filled to the level of the pipe with lots of foamong action. Is this water height in the cup ok or can it overflow??

ozman, did you add any additives to the tank?
