I've seen people mention a Cheato a number of times. What exactly is it, how do you use it?
We're getting a 24 g. Aquapod.

Chaeto is Chaetomorpha. It's a type of macroalgae often used for nutrient export. It's sometimes called spaghetti macro.

"Chaeto" (kay'-toe) is short for Chaetomorpha
-a type of macroalgae often used in lit refugia for nutrient export.

I thought someone said they had some one of the back compartments of the nano tank. Which part would I put it in? Do I need to do anything else to it? How long does it last?
I'll have 30 lbs of bahama aragamax sand and 22 lbs of live rock, both from Drs F&S. Should I consider adding the Chaeto as well?
I've also heard that filter floss is better than the sponge that comes with the tank. Also, I've been advised to use live rock rubble instead of the bio balls (not sure if the bio balls come with the kit or not). How does all this work together, and where should I put each and in what order?

Sorry, I know this is a bunch of questions. I'm trying to figure all this out. Any help is appreciated.
