This is probably had been asked too many times, but darn search never works.
I got a frag of Leather coral. First, does Leather coral needs and/or can handle lugol dip? Second, how do I attach it to a rock?

I smashed my finger leather between 2 rocks. I am not sure about the Logol dip..

hey
sew it onto the rockwork you want to attach it to with a needle and thread or fishing line and give it a few days to attach.

or stick a toothpick though it and into the rock

ouch!

well, the frag is in the sand. I just stuck it there. Should I remove it and sew it to the rock?

if you leave it on the sand bed long enough for sand and stuff to attach to it then you can attach the coral to the the rock with superglue gel or coral glue but the coral itself won't attach with glue because it's to slimey

do a search on google for garf they are some coral company out of like idaho, on there website look for fragging a colt leather and there you will see how to attach to leather, it is easy you just use a plastic sword and some supper glue check it out

for a very small fee to rc you scearch buttion will work 99% of the time :)
