I currently have a 150 reef. I want to add a wrasse or 2. My tank is 1 year old and established with a purple tang, indian ocean mimic, hippo and fiji foxface. All are about 2-4 inches long. I have some small gobies and cleaner shrimps aswell. What fairy wrasses can I add that can co-exsist with these larger, agressive fish or should I go with some anthias. Pritty unfamiliar with both ??

Thanks...

Anthias aren't that easy to maintain. they need to be fed often and I think they mostly feed on mysis shrimp..

Lyretail and Bartletts anthias are the two easiest anthias to keep and they look great. I have both anthias and fairy wrasses in both my tanks no problems with gobies, tangs, and one tanks has an eel and pintail trigger. Liveaquaria has a sale on Lineatus fairy wrasses at this moment.

crazy -- I ordered a filamented flasher that never survived shipping and lost interest in these type of fish but that video just made me rethink trying out some carpenters and maybe a blue flasher
