is this a zoanthid or an LPS?

found this growing on the back of a GSP rock that I had. I can't determine if it's a zoa or an LPS of some sort.

ID would be appreciated.

If it has a stony base it is an LPS. It is not a typical zoa. It looks more like a paly.
