Aquatronica Process Improvement

Aquatronica needs to create a system for logging "bugs" (they may already do this) along with their configurations. Or ideally, that WE can log in bugs along with their configuration. Perhaps this is already being done? If so, is it visible to users?

Aquatronica logs every "bug"/problem i/we report....
As they know someone report a bug or a problem, they try to reproduce the same configuration of the user, then they try to find the same bug.
I have to ask Aquatronica if there is something that can be visible to users.

Thanks. Having been in the business of developing embedded software for a long time, I have found that to be useful and will actually reduce time spent on released product support as users can search the bug (I called them MR for Modification Required) data base to see if their problem already exists. As solutions are determined, those solutions can also be visible; if they require a new software release, the planned release number is also inserted once they are targeted. Just trying to be helpful, no criticism is intended.
