My wife for some reason can only pick out fish that is NOT reef safe :rolleyes:

That's one of the fish that can nuke your tank should it die.

Trust me...I want a spiked puffer but I don't think it would do well in a reef tank

any of your other fish screw with it and all of a sudden it looks like an atom bomb just went off inside your tank...prolly not worth it IMO

they are cool though

I have the same problem. I keep trying to encourage her on fish and corals but she only picks the ones I can't add. Last time she was out and came back with a fish it was 2 domino damsels. I went ahead and tried it since they were the last to go in. Well they harrassed my cbb until it got died or ran into the powerhead and got stuck. They they made my blue green chromis all hide. One is in a lionfish belly now and the other will be someday when the lion decides to eat him.

I'm just going to get like 4 spiney puffers so they will have each other and leave everything else alone :D

Yeah our trip yesterday she wanted a Valentine Puffer, Dragon Wrasse, Shark, Ell and the cowfish. I know there are others. Every fish she pointed at.. I was like nope not reef safe, her answer is they have them in reef tanks :rolleyes:

Cowfish are adorable...it's too bad that they get huge and aren't reef safe:(
