eletronic ballast ?

I am about to upgrade to 250w MH eletronic ballasts. Does anyone out there have any ideas which ballast is best, and why.
So far I am thinking icecap but any info would be appreciated. Thank You

also I am thinking about going HQI and replacing my mogul bases. Is there any real advantage to either base type?

HQI is brighter but the bulbs needs to be shielded in a pendant.

Electronic ballasts are far more efficient than magnetic tar ballasts and will not only give you a savings in energy, but not produce as much heat.

I have all icecap electronic ballasts running 250 watt HQI's and T5's and I love them. remember that good reflectors are important too.
