I was thinking of getting a Foxface(one spot) and was wondering how likely they are to nip at LPS. I hear conflicting opinions. I'm thinking they are more likely to nip LPS than SPS. Has anyone had success with both?

I have one that leaves the LPS alone and had another one that I had to catch because it killed one lobo and was working on a cynarina. So 50/50 for me.

Try the magnifica foxface, stunning fish and wont touch any corals, good at browsing all algae on the rocks.

I have a foxface in my tank with a number of lps corals, and he leaves them completely alone.

Well I guess I might give one a try and just keep a close eye on it. I've heard different opions and thought I would ask first. Thanks for the replies.

My Foxface Lo was fine for awhile. But soon after he went into our 125 he quickly went to town on several of our nicer brain corals. Seems like he only likes "bottom dwelling" corals. Just my experience. Still a great fish though.
