I have a rock at the bottom of my tank that is in a very turbulent spot to keep sand storms at bay. Only problem is that the rock looks very bare and I'd like to put something on it. Any non-sps corals that appreciate a lot of flow?

GSP, yellow polyps, zoas and some leathers like quite a bit. I have all of the above, some in areas with loads of flow (the yellow polyps are just about blasted off the rocks in spots) and they're all doing well.

yeh.. that would work.. but who knows if he wants to go through the trouble of hand feeding them. plus nutrient levels will rise.. those things are notorious.

I've had a sun coral before and even though they are extremely beautiful, I just couldn't keep up with feeding it every day. I kinda want to stay away from yellow polyps and green star polyps just because they spread like wild fire. Any leathers in particular that like a lot of flow?

Do you have any Colt Coral. I have one and it is right in front of a maxi900 modded and it loves it....
