What type of heater do you use?

I have been using visitherm heaters, but recently ive had a number of problems with mine. On one, the heater wouldnt shut off and killed my nano tank, and on my main tank, the heater doesnt turn on and off as its set (it used to work great, but its less than a year old) and ive had 2 days where the temp has fallen to the low 70s because of this malfunction.
So what kind of heater does everyone have? I'm buying new ones.

Dont get the won- pro-heatII, ive had 3 of them, and only 1 is still working. Now I am using the hydor theo, and havent had any problems... (crosses fingers)
