Wonderful!!! but where is the magic link to download the firmware a software upgrade?

Hello I have the Aquatronica system and it’s very nice but… I buy 2 weeks ago the ethernet modules and see that need a firmware update… for AQUARIUM CONTROLLER, I’m search in the web site like 2 hours and reed a greater message to say “Aquatronica informs all its Clients that problems regarding the Aquarium Controller firmware and PC software download have been solved.” But…….. I can see where the link to download de firmware upgrade is, somebody knows where or how download the firmware and pc software?

I don't have mine loaded so I'm going from memory. But when you load up the PC software, before you click on Connect, you'll see from the main menu there are two download options. One is called "Internet update" I think and the other something else. The other is the Firmware update. It's off of the menu, not an icon that you click. If you can't find it post back & I'll hook mine up.

Hi io7777,

you have to run the pc program, in the upper left corner you have "File", then in the menu you have "download from Internet", press it and the pc program will close itself and open the download and upgrade window.
Of course you have to be connected to the net when you want to update.

First you have to update the PC program, then it will update the firmware on the controller.

Be sure also to have the internet settings settled if you pass thru a proxy.
