how big are "adult" polyps of Dendrophyllia coccinea?

also, what is their growth rate if fed regularly?

The biggest polyp on my colony when closed is a little bigger than a quarter. By growth rate do you mean how often new heads appear or just how lond does it take to reach the adult size?
