I've had my aquarium for 4 months now with xenia, mushrooms, a couple of recordias, and a buch of misc. corals.

I have pc lights that are 48'' in length and are 260 watt. 2 10k daylight and 2 7100 blue.

Would this be enough if I wan to add some anemones: bubble rose or sebae to my aquarium?? Or would I need to up grade my tank lighting??

no you'd need MH or t5's, specially if its more than like 12 or 13 inches high or so.

My Anemones are doing fine under VHOs. How deep is your tank. I don't think anyone will give you their blessing on keeping Anemones under PC lighting.

yes anything over 20 imo is too much for pc's. i suggest going t5 unless you want those shimmer lines that the mh's give.
But other than that, t5's use less energy (less expensive to run in the longhaul) and burn cooler than MH, so you wouldnt have to worry about the heat at all.
