water changes

i've heard conflicting advice regarding water changes and just wondered if anyone out there had a 20g tank and if so what percentage of water changes do you do and how often?

Personally, I would do 10% every week. This also depends on your bio load and the delicateness of your animals.

It is generally recommended to change 20 percent monthy whether its 5% weekly, 10 % every 2 weeks, or 20 % in one shot. I do 10 % every 2 weeks and it works well.
