It's that time again. The Middle Tennessee Reef Club is planning our third annual frag swap in Nashville, Tn. on January 20th from 12:00-4:00. There will a table charge this year of $25 per whole table or $15 for half a table, plus we will be giving 5 raffle tickets for each table order (3 for each half table). We would like for interested club BOD members to contact us via PM to arrange for tables for those who only have a few frags to trade/sell. The reason for the table charge this year is due to an increase of costs for the room by almost 5X from last year.

Last year was a great success with around 200 people coming through the doors (we needed a bigger room), so we hope to make this year at least as good as last year. Please post to let us know how many to plan for this year, More information will be coming very soon.

Hope to see you all there.

This isn't our primary spot of communication, but i'll be sure to let everyone know.

I am planning on comming, but will probably only bring two bags, just incase someone wants to trade...... would i need a half table for that?

Thanks
Brandon

If your club is buying a table you can use that. Otherwise, I'm sure someone would give up some space for a couple of bags.

From the people I have spoke with it sounds like we are coming to buy and support, not much to sell at this point and time.

However, I was planning on bring one or two of my rarer frags just incase someone actually wanted to trade vs sell.

I'm sure someone would give you some space...maybe like a 3rd of a table for five bucks or something.

Hey Brandon,

I'll reserve a table for you guys, just in case. If nothing else it'll give a place to meet up. I think we are going to not charge for one table for each club. We have more space than last years (twice as much) and the costs weren't as high as we initially expected. I'll give you gusy a spot. We still have a few open tables and large vendor spots, so we aren;t hurting for space right now. Last year, we had some late additions (I'm still hoping for a number of them this year), but I doubt we'll overfill this room.

I have talked with a few of the members and I know there will be atleast a car full of us coming up, but most just want to come support and purchase. Let me know if there is anything I can help with.

Thanks
Brandon
