Flame Angel with Swollen White Area (Pics)

I just noticed this yesterday afternoon on my flame angel--a small white area below the mouth/chin that appears to be swollen. Can anyone identify this and give advice on how to treat? The flame is eating fine, breathing fine and swimming fine.
