I have been dripping kalk as top off for about 2 weeks and havenot been able to get PH above 8.1. It generally is 7.9 to 8.05 and just went done stairs and found it at 7.82. I have a pinpoint monitor. My Calc is 450 and dkh is around 10. SO these are good. I am only mixing 1 tsp of Kalk per gallon of water. SO is there anything I can do to get ph to 8.1 8.2 level. Should I just add a big batch of kalk water, or what should I do.

Adding limewater, or more limewater, and getting more fresh air into your home are the two best ways to raise pH.

7.9 to 8.05 is margin al, IMO, and if you cannot get it higher, just make sure the alkalinity is not too low.
