Simple question realy, i have access to accupuncture needles, but they come in different gages. Any ideas what would be best for 1/2" acrylic?

I have a co worker that gets them in lots of 1000 for $20. If you need some Eric let me know, we can go in on a case.

Actually, you don't need a license. I bought mine from here:

Tried to order using that URL and min order is 25.00 Not going to happen for me. LMK if you get a case through your buddy, I'll take 1/4 or 1/2 case depending on what you need. :) Just PM me.

That's sweet! I've got a 60x36x24 (dad), a 60x24x24 (local reefer), a 48x5x12 in wall plus some sumps and overflows to finish... The in wall is for my ins agent plus maintenance so hopefully it will spur some more business. :)

Try here:

http://www.hbwsupply.com/

That's where I get mine. Only a few bucks for a few hundred of them. They've never asked for a copy of my liscence or even a liscence number.

the one for the shop is 95 x 24wx 20
I wasnt realy planning on making this a more serious hobby, but hey, its fun when you have the right tools. I probably spent a grand on getting all the correct tools for the first tank, when i probably could have just bought the damn tank for that LOL.
I just had to make a new glue table. what a PITA, made it out of 1 1/8" melamine with a 3/4" sub base. That thing was a BEAR to make and move. I had to put it on heavy casters so i can roll it around the shop. I also installed my router plate in the center of it, so hopefully material cutting and edge prep will be easier.
