I thought it was pretty cool seeing my first pile of eggs today. Now to try and raise or not... ugh. Anyone else try it before?

Yes. Not eh toughest thing, but not the easiest either. If you have an extra $50-100 to spend and about and hour or two a day of time to spare AND a descent amount of space to set everything up, your good to go. That is, if you want to raise every nest.

I would give it a try if mine ever decided to spawn but I am crazy too. It would be an interesting time not only that but the learning you can do in the process would be beneficial in better understanding your specimens. I would pick up a few books and get reading right away. You don't have much time to decide what to do. If it makes you feel any better, I can probably hook you up with a used 40 breeder that is drilled with one hole for cheap. I can probably spare an air pump and sponge filter too. LMK if you need some stuff to get it going. I need to clean out the basement and would be willing to lend you my books on clown spawning if you want.

thanks,

Rick

much appreciated, but after doing some reading, I will probably hold off on this adventure. Though, now that I have a pair of little babby makers, I might work my way up to the point of someday giving it a go. For now though, I don't have the space and don't have the time or money.
