out of stock

Just put in the order, one of the things I placed the order for was out of stock, and I just realized this after the order has been sent in. It shows the price being deducted off of it, meaning it shows the item on the invoice, but does not add the 125 dollar charge to it. I'm curious, will it charge itself once it is is stock and shipped, and will i have to pay shipping again?

Im wondering what to expect.
