I'm planning my filtration system for my 20g reef, and need to know what skimmer to get for a 10g sump. I was looking at the ASM mini-g or the Tunze nano skimmer. I've heard that the mini-g does take a up a good deal of space while the Tunze is good for saving space. What other good mini skimmers are out there that will maximize space and still be able to skim efficiently? I'm trying to see if I could get a larger sump, but theres a good chance I'll be using a 10g.

You could get a Coralife super skimmer, they can be used internally or externally. You can save space in the sump and get a great skimmer.

Thats one skimmer I forgot about. It does seem good since I am trying to save as much space in the sump as possible.

CPR makes some nice in-sump and so does Aqua-C. Another company that isn't so bad is PM Aquatics, but they might be a little too big.
