How much head does a chiller add?

I am running a Eheim 1262 as my return pump through a Arctica 1/4 HP chiller...does anyone have any idea on how much head the chiller adds?

I've heard to use 3-4 vertical ft as a rule of thumb, but it would depend on the chiller model to a certain extent.
